Biatain® Ibu is the first dressing ever to combine moist wound healing with the local release of ibuprofen

Biatain® Ibu offers a unique combination of excellent exudate management with continuous release of ibuprofen. It is intended for moist wound healing and exudate management of painful wounds.

Indications

Biatain® Ibu can be used for a wide range of low- to highly exuding wounds. This includes acute wounds such as second-degree burns, postoperative wounds and traumatic wounds; and chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and non-infected diabetic foot ulcers. Biatain® Ibu Non Adhesive can also be used on donor sites. Biatain Ibu is suitable for use in combination with compression therapy.

Biatain Ibu may be left in place for up to 7 days depending on the amount of exudate, dressing conditions and type of wound
