Product description

Luja™ female is the first and only female intermittent catheter with Micro-hole Zone Technology, designed to reduce risk of UTIs3 by enabling complete bladder emptying in one free flow1. Luja™ female also enables you to empty your bladder without having to adjust the catheter, letting you benefit from a simpler emptying technique1,2.

With a recyclable product container5, Luja™ female is purposefully designed with the user and environment in mind. Additionally, Luja™ female offers:

  • Triple Action Coating Technology for a coating that stays bonded, stays smooth and stays hydrated without dry spots for the protection of the urethra.
  • Micro-embossed handle that makes it easy to grip.
  • Anti-roll feature designed to make the catheter stay in place while preparing.
  • Longer catheter tube6.
  • A discreet look and a neutral color, designed to make catheterisation fit discreetly into everyday life.

1) Luja female ensured zero flow stops in 87% of catheterisations & <10 ml residual urine at first flow stop in 83 of catheterisations>(Thiruchelvam et al. (2024), DOI: 10.12968/bjon.2024.0212 (20). Individual results may vary.
