Peristeen Plus is an effective alternative to other bowel management methods. It can be administered either independently or with assistance, allowing you to decide when and where you want to empty your bowels. Used routinely, daily or every other day, it can help reduce the physical discomfort and concerns that faecal incontinence and constipation bring.

The balloon catheter helps creates a seal in the rectum to keep the water in the bowels, and is available in two sizes: Regular and Small. When the recommended amount of water is introduced into the bowel, water and stool are emptied into the toilet.

Peristeen Plus can be used by a wide range of people from children to adults, although the patient must receive thorough instructions from a healthcare professional before using this product.The Peristeen Plus system is easy to carry and store.

The Regular Peristeen Plus system with balloon catheter contains everything you need to irrigate your bowel:

• 2 balloon catheters (catheters can also be supplied separately in a box of 10)
