Join us for this Advanced Masterclass designed for healthcare professionals involved in stoma care who want to deepen their understanding of Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and formularies. Featuring Aamir Shaikh, Market Access Manager at Coloplast qualified as a pharmacist in 2011 and has worked in a number of different healthcare settings, in clinical and leadership roles, from community, primary and secondary care, to working in Accademia and The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Bupa and NHSE in both the Medicines Value and Access and the Central Policy Teams.
Aamir has a special interest in ‘value within a health system’ and how this is perceived and delivered. He completed Harvard Business School's Value Based Healthcare course and an eMBA in 2022. During Aamir's time as a Clinical Fellow within NHSE, he developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of the NHS and NHSEs relationships with ICBs. He worked with exec-level colleagues to support them and to understand the rationale behind the difficult decisions they must make.
