David has been instrumental in multiple award-winning projects and has provided consultancy advice to nearly 300 healthcare companies. His work includes designing the original NHS 111 national demonstration site and leading NHS transformation initiatives as a Chair and non-executive director of innovative primary care networks. David's expertise in NHS funding systems and patient pathway redesign makes him a valuable resource for understanding and navigating the complex UK health economy.
