The Mentorship Programme has been developed specifically to help, guide, accelerate and support your clinical development. The Mentorship Programme is designed around you and your learning needs.
The Mentorship Programme is set over 6 months to accelerate your learning. Through discussion with your manager and Coloplast Representative a unique learning journey is created for you. From the first week you start receiving clinical guidelines on stoma care.
The Coloplast Masterclasses provide a unique learning opportunity in a safe environment and ensures your practice is evidenced based. Through the clinical simulations and group learning, you will They provide networking opportunities and opportunities and a chance to learn from other Stoma Care Nurses.
There is no fixed start date, you can enrol when it works best for you, and you will benefit from the full programme.
